We try to show products, colours and sounds accurately. Because our instruments are handmade or made from natural materials, small variations in finish, grain, size and tone are normal. Screen colours may differ from the real product.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We may change prices or discounts at any time without notice. Sale prices apply only for the period stated.

• If a product is listed at a wrong price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card details.

6. Orders and cancellations

An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us. We may cancel or refuse any order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Cancellations by you are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility. Details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. An unboxing video is required for damage claims.
